Description
CD25, the α-chain of the IL-2 receptor, is expressed on activated T cell, which explains the interest in it as a therapeutic target. Use SuperBeads® Human CD25 Cell Isolation Kit to isolate highly purified CD25+ cells from fresh human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or lysed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD25+ cells. CD14+ cells are bound by antibody and then magnetic SuperBeads.
