Human Basophils are a type of white blood cells. Basophils are the least common of the granulocytes, representing about 0.5 to 1% of circulating white blood cells. Basophils appear in many specific kinds of inflammatory reactions, particularly those that cause allergic symptoms. Use SuperBeads® Human Basophil Isolation Kit to isolate untouched and highly purified basophils from human peripheral blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human Basophil are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
