CD19 is a B cell-restricted signaling molecule known to transduce signals initiated through the BCR. Use SuperBeads® Human CD19 Cell Isolation Kit to isolate highly purified myeloid cells (CD19+) from whole blood by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD19 cells. The positively isolated Human CD19 Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
