Description
B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) is the most common type of leukemia in adults. CLL affects B cell lymphocytes, which originate in the bone marrow, develop in the lymph nodes, and normally fight infection by producing antibodies. Use SuperBeads® Human B-CLL Cell Isolation Kit to isolate highly purified B-CLL cells directly from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human B-CLL Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
