Human T cells are regulators of the immune system. CD4+ T cells are also known as helper T cells because they act on other cells of the immune system to promote various aspects of the immune response, including immunoglobulin isotype switching and affinity maturation of the antibody response, macrophage activation and enhanced activity of natural killer cells and cytotoxic T cells. Use SuperBeads® Human CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit (Direct) to isolate highly purified CD4+ T cells directly from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human CD4+ T Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
