Description
CD34 cells contain hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and are known to differentiate into all the various blood cell types. Use SuperBeads® Human CD34 Cell Isolation Kit to Isolate highly purified CD34+ cells from fresh or previously frozen mobilized human peripheral blood or bone marrow mononuclear cells (MNCs), or from previously frozen cord blood MNCs by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD34 cells. The positively isolated Human CD34 Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
