CD15 (3-fucosyl-N-acetyl-lactosamine) is a cluster of differentiation antigen - an immunologically significant molecule. CD15 is a carbohydrate adhesion molecule that can be expressed on glycoproteins, glycolipids and proteoglycans. Use SuperBeads® Human CD15 Cell Isolation Kit (Direct) to isolate highly purified CD15+ cells from fresh human whole blood by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD15 cells. The positively isolated Human CD15 Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
