Human B Cells are a type of white blood cell of the lymphocyte subtype. They function in the humoral immunity component of the adaptive immune system by secreting antibodies. Additionally, B cells present antigen and secrete cytokines. Use SuperBeads® Human B Cell Isolation Kit to isolate highly purified B cells directly from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human B Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
