Description
Human CD8 T cells carry the CD8 protein marker and the T cell receptor (TCR), which recognizes foreign antigens presented by major histocompatibility complex class I molecules on antigen resenting cells to active them. Human CD8 T Cells can be used for a variety of stimulation-dependent functional experiments to assess cytotoxicity in the presence of therapeutic molecules. Use SuperBeads® Human CD8 Cell Isolation Kit to Isolate highly purified CD8+ cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD8 cells. The positively isolated Human CD8 Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
