Description
The 2’,3’-Cyclic GAMP STING-Based FRET Detection Kit from Arbor Assays provides highly specific and sensitive detection of 2’,3’-cGAMP in cell lysates, tissue extracts, and tissue culture media. Using a patented STING biosensor (BioSTING) and FRET-based fluorescence, the assay measures cGAMP concentrations with a sensitivity of 82.02 pmol/mL and a detection range from 131.1–500 pmol/mL.
