Recombinant full-length human CDK7, Cyclin H1 and MNATI were co-expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using N-terminal His tags. CDK7 is a member of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase family and forms a trimeric complex with cyclin H and MAT1
