Fig 1: Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in different tissues induced or not with LPS. MDA was determined by AbCam’s ab233471 commercial kit as a measure of lipid peroxidation in the liver, brain, and gastrocnemius muscle homogenates collected from n = 5 (outliers removed) 8-month-old C57Bl mice. The results (outliers removed) show that LPS-induced lipid peroxidation, which was attenuated by ATX and even more so by LDS-ATX.
