The FastGene® Gradient PCR Cycler is a compact benchtop endpoint PCR thermocycler with a 96-well block for routine PCR, optimization and assay development. Its integrated gradient spans up to 42 °C across the block, so several annealing temperatures can be tested in a single run. Ramp rates of up to 5 °C/s and precise temperature control give reproducible results. The large 7-inch touchscreen and intuitive software make protocol setup quick for users of all experience levels.
