Description
The FastGene® qFYR 384 Plus is a 6-channel real-time PCR system for quantitative PCR in 384-well format. A patented optical design pairs a highly sensitive MPPC detector with a short-focal-length Fresnel lens. The short detector-to-sample distance reduces signal loss and well-to-well cross-talk. A hollowed-out Peltier thermal block heats and cools the block at up to 6.0 °C/s, for fast qPCR protocols. All commonly used qPCR dyes are excited in a single 8-second plate scan.
