Laboratory Software

Laboratory Software Laboratory software are valuable digital tools that not only provide support in various life science applications, but are also crucial in collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data. For example, software-based platforms like a laboratory information management system (LIMS) use workflow and data tracking features to support laboratory operations. Many software packages are application-specific, directly supporting workflows in chromatography, bioimaging, mass spectrometry, gene editing, sequence analysis, and more. • Excellent Astrocyte Labeling with Low Background in Mouse Hippocampus

We used this antibody to immunofluorescently label astrocytes in the mouse dorsal hippocampus following astrocyte-specific MOR knockdown. The signal was bright, highly specific, and compatible with multi-channel confocal imaging together with mCherry, DAPI, SOX9, Iba1, nitrotyrosine, and SOD1 markers. The antibody provided excellent visualization of astrocyte morphology and fine processes with minimal background.
  • A Reliable Antibody for SOX9 Detection

We utilize a SOX9 antibody to measure SOX9 expression in mouse brain tissue (different brain regions of interest) to detect astrocyte reactivity together with other markers of astrocyte reactivity. SOX9 is highly expressed in mature astrocytes and can serve as a potential marker associated with astrocyte reactivity when its expression is elevated.
