Antibody fragments, such as scFv, Fab, and VHH, retain their ability to bind antigens. Based on our mammalian expression platform, Sino Biological offers expression and production of Fab antibody fragments in mammalian cells. Compared to Fab fragments generated from enzyme cleavage of full-length antibodies, recombinant Fab fragments have superior quality.
scFv fragments can be expressed in E. coli or mammalian cells through transient transfection. Both production systems are available at Sino Biological. Simply provide us with the sequence of the antibody fragment, and we will take care of the entire process, from gene synthesis to purification of the antibody fragment.
