SKP2 siRNA Knocking Down SKP2 in Keratinocytes
Lin Chen
The aim was to knock down SKP2 in human oral keratinocytes and examine if knocking down SKP2 wound impairs cell proliferation. By following the protocol, SKP2 siRNA did its job.
