Description
StrataQuest, a versatile imaging solution, can take your image analysis to the next level by allowing you to build your own analysis pipelines from cell segmentation (including thresholding or DNN-based detection) to distance maps (ranging distances from the structure of interest) and phenotype interactions (two phenotypes of interest in a defined distance between them). The software is used to answer questions from a wide range of biological and biomedical sciences, from plant biology to neurology and cancer research.
