Cruz Marker™ Molecular Weight Standards

Description

  • Recommended use is 2-4 µl per lane in SDS-PAGE
  • Each vial contains 200 µl volume, sufficient for 50 gels
  • The ladder consists of six bands which appear on the final Western blot image: 132 kDa, 90 kDa, 55 kDa, 43 kDa, 34 kDa, 23 kDa
  • This reagent must be used in combination with Cruz Marker™ MW Tag detection antibodies available only from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc.
  • Cruz Marker™ MW Tag detection antibodies include: Cruz Marker™ MW Tag-Alexa Fluor® 488, Cruz Marker™ MW Tag-Alexa Fluor® 647, Cruz Marker™ MW Tag-Alexa Fluor® 680, Cruz Marker™ MW Tag-Alexa Fluor® 790, Cruz Marker™ MW Tag-HRP and unconjugated Cruz Marker™ MW Tag.
  • Cruz Marker™ Molecular Weight Standards appear only on the final Western blot image after incubation with a Cruz Marker™ MW Tag detection antibody. These are not prestained markers.
  • Cruz Marker™ Molecular Weight Standards are provided ready to use in SDS-PAGE loading buffer and can be loaded directly into an SDS-PAGE gel. No dilution or reconstitution is required.
  • Cruz Markers™ are provided for use as internal molecular weight standards for chemiluminescent and Near-Infrared Western blotting applications and are ideal for approximating the molecular weight of target proteins.
