Description
This product contains sepharose beads coated with goat anti-rabbit IgG. Goat anti-rabbit IgG is affinity purified and conjugated to the beads at 1-1.5 mg/ml ratio. The beads may be used for purification of rabbit IgG class of antibodies or proteins. The beads may also be used for immunoprecipitation (IP). For a complete use guide, please follow the protocol section. When used and stored properly, the beads may be used repeatedly for up to 100 times
