Absolute Mag™ Anti-Rhesus Monkey CD16 Magnetic Particles (# WHM-M020) have been developed for the positive selection or depletion of NK cells from rhesus monkey PBMCs. CD16 is expressed on the majority of rhesus monkey NK cells and on a subset of monocytes. Monocytes can be depleted prior to separation using CD56 Magnetic Particles or CD14 Magnetic Particles, respectively
