Description
Adult canine dermal primary fibroblasts expressing RFP are isolated and cultured from canine dermal tissue. These cells are obtained from the third generation after isolation and culture, and they exhibit high vitality and activity. Adult canine dermal primary fibroblast products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions. These cell products stably expressed RFP which transfected with lentivirus, producing a vivid red fluorescence when exposed to green light. This fluorescence can be utilized for visualization purposes in various related research applications
