Bovine Aortic Smooth Muscle Primary Cells-RFP from BioVenic

Bovine aortic smooth muscle primary cells expressing RFP are isolated and cultured from bovine aorta tissue. These cells are obtained from the 2nd to 3rd generation after isolation and culture, and they exhibit high vitality and activity. Bovine aortic smooth muscle primary cell products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions. These cell products stably expressed RFP which transfected with lentivirus, producing a vivid red fluorescence when exposed to green light. This fluorescence can be utilized for visualization purposes in various related research applications
