Description
Adult porcine dermal primary fibroblasts expressing RFP are isolated from porcine dermal tissue, cultured, and harvested at passages 2-3 to ensure the viability and activity of the product. Adult porcine dermal primary fibroblast products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions. These cell products stably expressed RFP which transfected with lentivirus, producing a vivid red fluorescence when exposed to green light. This fluorescence can be utilized for visualization purposes in various related research applications
