The protein corresponding to the 14 kDa band is covalently coupled to a yellow dye. The other five proteins are covalently coupled to a blue dye. After SDS-PAGE and transferred to PVDF or NC membrane, clear colored protein bands are visible: five blue bands, one orange band and one yellow band
