USP24 decreases the p300 ubiquitination. A549 cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with an anti-p300 antibody. IP samples were used to perform the in vitro deubiquitination assay with recombinant human USP24 (50 ug/ml) (OriGene TP329472) and USP24, p300.
