Convenient PCR Master Mix From New England Biolabs

I used this Master Mix for running PCR which contained all the enzymes and reagents needed. I only needed to add primers, a DNA template, and water to this Master Mix for PCR reactions.

Try this master mix for hard PCR application from genomic DNA. It's simple to use and the mix includes every component. The enzyme has high fidelity and could amplify the difficult fragment.
