Activity1.Immobilized Her2/ERBB2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (ECD, His Tag)(Cat:10004-H08H) at 2 µg/ml (100 µl/well) can bind Anti-HER2(Research Grade Trastuzumab biosimilar), the EC50 is 10-60 ng/mL(Routinely tested). 2. Measured by its ability to block anti-ErbB2 mediated inhibition of BT474 human breast ductal carcinoma cell proliferation.
