    To determine if the DNA Diagnostic qPCR kits, the HemaVision Q-series and Salmonella Velox, perform well on the MIC qPCR by Bio Molecular Systems, a comparison study was executed February-March 2017 at DNA Diagnostic A/S Denmark.
    The comparison study compared samples on an ABI 7500 Fast instrument (reference) and a MIC qPCR instrument. The comparison concluded that the HemaVision Q-series and Salmonella Velox qPCR mixes performs very well on the MIC qPCR instrument using MIC qPCR tubes.
    We found the instrument easy to use and the software intuitive.
