Anti-AKT Antibody Products

Anti-AKT antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The AKT antigen is another term for the human protein AKT serine/threonine kinase 1, encoded by the AKT1 gene. The protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and cell differentiation, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 480 residues and a mass of 55.7 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm and it is reported to be expressed in prostate cancer and levels increase from the normal to the malignant state. The AKT protein is a member of the AGC Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. Other alias names for AKT include PKB.

  • Recombinant REAfinity™ Antibodies

Recombinant REAfinity™ Antibodies for reproducible flow cytometry results Recombinant antibodies are the next generation of engineered flow cytometry antibodies, and represent the first truly fundamental shift in antibodies since monoclonals were first developed 40 years ago. Recombinant antibodies are derived from a defined set of genes, and the production process is highly standardized. Therefore, these antibodies are consistent in their structure and performance, leading to high experimental...

  • Conjugated Antibody From Proteintech to Label HA-Tagged Proteins

I express recombinant proteins with HA tag in mammalian cells and try to monitor condensate formation with osmotic stress. Since there are no good antibodies against my protein of interest, tagging with a small HA tag allows visualization of my protein with the help of immunofluorescence.
  • HA Antibody for Immunofluorescence With Specific Labeling

In my current work, I express recombinant proteins tagged with HA in mammalian cells to observe condensate formation under osmotic stress. Due to the absence of appropriate antibodies for my protein of interest, the use of a small HA tag allows for visualization via immunofluorescence.
