Anti-CRKL antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein CRK like proto-oncogene, adaptor protein. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 303 amino acid residues and a mass of 33.8 kDa. A member of a the CRK protein family, CRKL is believed to mediate the transduction of intracellular signals. Synonyms for this target antigen include crk-like protein and v-crk avian sarcoma virus CT10 oncogene homolog-like.
