I use this reagent to identify live/dead cells in flow cytometry experiments. The reagent is easy to use and gives good results. The only issue is that the emission spectrum is right in the middle of the visual range, so it may interfere with other markers.

Use at 1:20 dilution.
Add the dye to the samples immediately before running on the flow cytometer. Do not fix the samples.
