ATP Assay Kits

ATP assays can be used to evaluate ATP production or usage during enzymatic reactions. These assays can also be used to determine cell cytotoxicity, viability, metabolism, and proliferation. Because adenosine triphosphate (ATP) acts as the main energy carrier in living cells, it can be used as a proxy for active cellular metabolism. ATP assays can be measured via chemiluminescence, fluorescence, and colorimetric absorbance.
