CRLF3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein cytokine receptor like factor 3, which is encoded by the CRLF3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play a role in the negative regulation of cell cycle progression. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 442 residues, a mass of 49.8 kDa, and is a member of the Cytokine receptor-like factor 3 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in several embryonic and adult tissues, including adult and fetal brain, liver, spleen and pancreas. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include CREME9, CRLM9, CYTOR4, FRWS, p48.2, and CREME-9.
Some CRLF3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
