DDX3Y ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein DEAD-box helicase 3 Y-linked, which is encoded by the DDX3Y gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a suspected ATP-dependent RNA helicase. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 660 residues, a mass of 73.2 kDa, and is a member of the DEAD box helicase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is found to be widely expressed at the mRNA level, with highest levels in testis. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX3Y, DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp) box helicase 3, Y-linked, DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp) box polypeptide 3, Y-linked, DEAD box protein 3, Y-chromosomal, and DBY.
There are DDX3Y ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
