SUCO ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SUN domain containing ossification factor, which is encoded by the SUCO gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be required for bone modeling during late embryogenesis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1254 residues and a mass of 139.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the ER and is reported to be highly expressed in pancreas and testis and to a lower extent in prostate, ovary, heart, thymus, small intestine and spleen. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated and N-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include CH1, OPT, SLP1, SUN-like protein 1, membrane protein CH1, osteopotentia, and C1orf9.
There are SUCO ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
