ODF2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein outer dense fiber of sperm tails 2, which is encoded by the ODF2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to be a major component of sperm tail outer dense fibers (ODF). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 829 residues, a mass of 95.4 kDa, and is a member of the ODF2 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to have testis-specific expression. As many as protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include ODF2/1, ODF2/2, ODF84, outer dense fiber protein 2, cancer/testis antigen 134, and CT134.
There are ODF2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
