MBOAT2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein membrane bound O-acyltransferase domain containing 2, which is encoded by the MBOAT2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in the regulation of cell differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 520 residues, a mass of 59.5 kDa, and is a member of the Membrane-bound acyltransferase protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER and membrane and is reported to be expressed in neutrophils. Other alias names for this target include 1-acylglycerophosphate O-acyltransferase, 1-acylglycerophosphate O-acyltransferase MBOAT2, 1-acylglycerophosphocholine O-acyltransferase MBOAT2, and lysophospholipid acyltransferase 2.
Some MBOAT2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
