EIF4A3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4A3, which is encoded by the EIF4A3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is an ATP-dependent RNA helicase. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 411 residues, a mass of 46.9 kDa, and is a member of the DEAD box helicase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The EIF4A3 gene has been associated with the disease, Richieri-Costa-Pereira syndrome. Other alias names for this target include Fal1, MUK34, NMP265, NUK34, RCPS, eIF-4A-III, eIF4A-III, and DDX48.
There are EIF4A3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
