ART1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ADP-ribosyltransferase 1, which is encoded by the ART1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to have ADP-ribosyltransferase activity toward GLP1R. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 327 residues, a mass of 36.3 kDa, and is a member of the Arg-specific ADP-ribosyltransferase protein family. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include ARTC1, CD296, RT6, GPI-linked NAD(P)(+)--arginine ADP-ribosyltransferase 1, ADP-ribosyltransferase 2, and ART2.
Some ART1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 90 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
