BIRC7 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein baculoviral IAP repeat containing 7, which is encoded by the BIRC7 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in eye development and the regulation of apoptosis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 298 residues, a mass of 32.8 kDa, and is a member of the IAP protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, golgi, and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include RING finger protein 50, RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase BIRC7, kidney inhibitor of apoptosis protein, livin inhibitor of apoptosis, and baculoviral IAP repeat-containing protein 7.
There are BIRC7 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
