These SHC SH2-domain binding protein 1-like ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring specific protein levels in biological samples. SHC SH2-domain binding protein 1-like is an alias of the human SHCBP1L gene, which encodes the protein, SHC binding and spindle associated 1 like. Notably, SHC SH2-domain binding protein 1-like is known to play a role in cell differentiation and spermatogenesis, among other functions. The SHCBP1L protein is 653 amino acid residues in length and 72.6 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in spermatocytes and elongating spermatids inside the seminiferous tubules. Other names for this target antigen include testicular spindle-associated protein SHCBP1L, SHC SH2 domain-binding protein 1-like protein, and SHC SH2-domain binding protein 1-like.
Some SHC SH2-domain binding protein 1-like ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
