LC8a ELISA Kits

These LC8a ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of LC8a in biological samples. LC8a is an alias of the human DYNLL1 gene, which encodes the protein, dynein light chain LC8-type 1. Notably, LC8a is known to play a role in the apoptotic pathway, among other functions. The DYNLL1 protein is described to be 89 amino acid residues in length and 10.4 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. This protein is known to be phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include DLC1, DLC8, and DNCL1. • LabAssay™ Series Biochemical Assay Kits

The LabAssay™ Series is a collection of biochemical assay kits for analyzing samples from mice and other animals. Since analyses are performed in microtiter plates, many samples can be concurrently evaluated, and only small sample amounts are needed. For research purposes only with animal serum/plasma, Not for Diagnostic Use.
  • Human Albumin ELISA

Albumin, also called serum albumin (SA), is a 66.5 kDa globular protein synthesized by the liver and rapidly excreted into the bloodstream. Its main function is to regulate the osmotic pressure of blood, but it has other important functions such as transport and binding. Low albumin levels may indicate liver or kidney disease. The RayBio® Human Albumin ELISA can rapidly quantify albumin in human plasma, serum, cell culture supernatants, and a variety of other sample types. Features: Save time ...
