These I1PP2A ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of I1PP2A in biological samples. I1PP2A is an alias of the human ANP32A gene, which encodes the protein, acidic nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member A. Notably, I1PP2A is known to play a role in intracellular signal transduction and the regulation of apoptosis, among other functions. The ANP32A protein is described to be 249 amino acid residues in length and 28.6 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the nucleus, ER, and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in all tissues tested. This protein is known to be phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include C15orf1 and HPPCn.
