CD226 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein CD226 molecule, which is encoded by the CD226 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in intercellular adhesion, lymphocyte signaling, cytotoxicity and lymphokine secretion mediated by cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) and NK cell. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 336 residues and a mass of 38.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is noted to be expressed by peripheral blood T-lymphocytes. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include DNAM1, PTA1, TLiSA1, CD226 antigen, DNAX accessory molecule-1, and DNAM-1.
Some CD226 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 31.2 pg/mL and as high as 600 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
