FBXL15 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein F-box and leucine rich repeat protein 15, which is encoded by the FBXL15 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a substrate recognition component of a SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of SMURF1, thereby acting as a positive regulator of the BMP signaling pathway. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 300 residues, a mass of 33 kDa, and is a member of the FBXL15 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. Other alias names for this target include F-box only protein 37, pleckstrin and Sec7 domain protein, and F-box/LRR-repeat protein 15.
There are Fbxl15 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
