These MMA ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of MMA in biological samples. MMA is an alias of the human MMD gene, which encodes the protein, monocyte to macrophage differentiation associated. Notably, MMA is known to play a role in neuronal differentiation, among other functions. The MMD protein is described to be 238 amino acid residues in length and 27.7 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the lysosomes of the cell. Other names for this target antigen include MMD1.
Some MMA ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
