AIDA ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein axin interactor, dorsalization associated, which is encoded by the AIDA gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as a ventralizing factor during embryogenesis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 306 residues, a mass of 35 kDa, and is a member of the AIDA protein family. It is found to be widely expressed in adult tissues, with highest expression in the heart and skeletal muscle. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include axin interaction partner and dorsalization antagonist, and axin interactor, dorsalization-associated protein.
Some AIDA ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
