Nav1.5 ELISA Kits

The Nav1.5 ELISA kits listed below are analytical tools for measuring concentrations of Nav1.5 in various samples. Nav1.5 is an alternative name for the human SCN5A gene, which encodes the protein, sodium voltage-gated channel alpha subunit 5. It has been mentioned that Nav1.5 plays a role in brain development, among other functions. Structurally, the SCN5A protein is 2016 amino acid residues in length and 226.9 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 6 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the cell membrane and cytoplasm of the cell. This protein is known to be glycosylated, ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include CDCD2, CDCD2, and CMD1E. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
