UFL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein UFM1 specific ligase 1, which is encoded by the UFL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in DNA damage pathways and DNA repair. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 794 residues, a mass of 89.6 kDa, and is a member of the UFL1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, ER, and cytoplasm and is widely expressed across many tissue types. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include Maxer, NLBP, RCAD, E3 UFM1-protein ligase 1, E3 UFM1-protein transferase 1, and KIAA0776.
There are UFL1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
